Brief:

  • Set new standard for lettable office space in Bristol

    Provide an efficient floor plate maximising lettable area in fully utilising the constraints of the site

  • Create a generous floor to ceiling height providing a high percentage of glazing to increase natural light

  • Create pocket park in front of the building

  • Innovative building systems should be used

  • Provide generous cycle provision to encourage sustainable modes of transport

  • Floor plate should be flexible for dual tenancy

  • Aim to achieve BREEAM excellent 2018, Wired score platinum, Active score platinum, & EPC A

Achievements:

  • Production of Stage 2 planning application drawings

  • Creation & management of Revit model from RIBA Stage 1 up to Stage 4 tender

  • Visualisations using Revit & Enscape to inform Stage 3 development & design study presentations

  • Production of Stage 3 drawings for coordination & costing

  • Development of office layout to BCO design standards

  • Design development of entrance, & facade fenestration.

  • Ceiling layout & coordination with MEP & Structures at Stage 4.

  • Led several tender packages at Stage 4 whilst supporting the team & maintaining the Revit model
